Love Day Seed - Gift Tag

Voici aujourd'hui mon premier projet pour la DT Love Day Seed avec un emballage cadeau assez minimaliste mais élégant pour célébrer la naissance de la jolie Jane.

J'ai utilisé la carte Congrats (Love Day Seed - White collection, Themed pack Sentitments) dont j'ai frotté les bords (juste avec un ongle, pas besoin d'outils particulier) pour donner un effet moins rigide. J'ai rajouté quelques éléments et voilà un gift tag simple a réaliser. Il ne reste qu'a le fixer avec un joli ruban au paquet cadeau.

Today I would like to share with you my first project for the Love Day Seed Creative Team. It's a gift wrap for a new born baby girl named Jane.

I used the congrats card (White collection - Themed Pack Sentiments) which I ripped a bit on the edges (just with my nail, no need to use a specific tool) to gives a softer/vintage aspect. and added two light pink enamel heart  shaped stickers

You can use any theme card and then just add few elements and you will get a nice gift tag.
I layered it with another tag (black polka dots on white) and a white paper doily.
My little gift is wrapped with white silk paper and a ligh baby pink ribbon, then I simply attached my layered gift tag on the ribbon with a mini wooden clothepin. 
It is really easy to create and once attached onto your gift,  you will have the perfect gift wrap.
This gift tag is minimalistic but I think that it gives elegance and sophistication to the packaging.

Papier de soie, ruban Stampin Up, carte Congrats Love Day Seed, tag et alphabet Dear Lizzy,  Stickers coeur enamel Chickaniddy Crafts, napperon papier

Coucou tout le monde.

Voici aujourd'hui une page avec un fond fait maison;

J'ai tout simplement appliqué des encres Mister Huey de studio Calico et Pschitt de Kesi art  au pinceau sur un papier aquarelle en bandes horizontales successives. 

Ces teintes pastels que permettent l'aquarelle étaient parfaites pour créer une impression de douceur dans cette page des premiers instants où j'ai pu enfin toucher mon bébé (une journée après sa naissance!!! d'où l'importance de ce moment à mes yeux).

Pour rester sobre j'ai ajouté des rub-on assez discrets et quelques embellissements.

This layout was made with a homemade background. I simply used watercolor inkspray (Mr Huey and Kesiart) in horizontal lines on watercolor paper.

This soft tones were perfect to create a sweet atmosphear for this picture of the very firsts moment I got to touch my baby (a  whole day after his birth, so you can imagine how important was this moment for me).

Then I just added few embellishments and rub-ons to keep this layout clean and sweet.

J'en profite aussi pour vous montrer ce petit ensemble comprenant une carte et un tag assorti réalisé pour Evalicious. Un peu d'aquarelle, quelques embellissements bois et beaucoup d'Evalicious pour une carte et tag tout en douceur, dans des tons naturels.

I also wanted to share with you this set of matching card and tag I made for Evalicious. A little bit of watercolors, few wooden chipboards and lot's of Evalicious goodies for this set, with sweet neutral colors.
